A seamlessly crafted Margaret River cabernet where everything just sits together in perfect harmony. Floral notes mingle with substantial blackcurrant aromas. The palate is firmly structured with chalky tannins and plenty of oak from the mix of French and Hungarian. Yet it retains its elegance and refinement. Potential for extended ageing here. Drink to: 2024-2042; Price: $100.00; Rating: 95 Points; Ray Jordan
Medium-deep colour; red fruits and dried herbs to sniff, the palate is very savoury and the flavours starting to show some development, cedar and mulberry, drying on the finish and elegantly balanced and weighted. Tannins are fine and streamlined. Nice drinking already but should age profitably for many years. Drink: 2025 to 2039; Price: $100.00; Rating: 94 Points; Huon Hooke; The Real Review
This fragrant and sturdy red has aromas of blackcurrants, blackberry leaves, cassis and graphite. It’s full-bodied and full of classic cabernet character, with blackberry flavors accompanied by firm but ripe tannins. Compact and structured. Better after 2026. Alcohol: 14.5%; Drink: After 2026; Price: $USD 57.00; Rating: 94 Points; James Suckling
