A blend of classic dry Rosé varietals – primarily Sangiovese with portion of Nebbiolo

Sangiovese and nebbiolo come together to form this ultra-pale copper-hued rosé. It’s delicious. Lightly aromatic, a squirt of red berries, a sprinkle of fresh basil and lemon balm with lemony freshness guaranteed. A juiciness across the palate, a mere hint of tannins to add some shape but ultimately, this is crisp, racy and seemingly thirst quenching. Pale, just slightest blush of rose-gold in the glass. Red cherry and cinnamon aromatics. Bright red-berry fruit on entry then it morphs into a deeper and more savoury line with red earth, cinnamon and cardamom spices filling the senses. Good flow and length, acidity takes a back seat to a hit of tannins at the finish. A food friendly rosé.
