Susan Yelland and Michael Papps started Yelland & Papps in 2005 with no ancestry of winemaking but something that had them hooked as soon as they started to work in the Wine Industry.

Hand-picked, whole bunches wild-fermented, matured in French oak (15% new) for 10 months. Old World techniques say Yelland & Papps, but I think they are well and truly embodied in Australia as a primary option. This wine has delicious flavour and mouthfeel that can quickly mesmerise the unwary. Totally delicious.
