Elodie Roy took over her family’s estate in Cheilly-lès-Maranges in 2018 after over a decade in the Côtes de Nuits with Domaine Anne Gros. With 10 hectares of vines over 7 appellations of mostly Pinot Noir, she is foremost a dedicated vigneron, fastidious in the vineyards and the belief there is no great wine without great fruit.

This Bourgogne Blanc from the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune is 100% fermented and aged in oak, providing a smooth and rounded wine with a backbone of freshness.

Upon opening, a fleshy texture of yellow fruits emerges, smooth and rounded. A backbone of freshness coats the palate. Purity and tension are clearly present in the finish. The texture is refined and elongated, with a mouth feel that carries a spicy volume of white pepper, evolving into salinity and minty bitterness.
