An Approach To Relaxation is a joint project between Master Sommelier Richard Betts and Carla Rza Betts. Sucette is a 100% Grenache from an 80-85-year old, sand-grown, own-rooted vineyard that is beyond organic - it's feral. The vineyard is located in the Vine Vale, the coolest region of the Barossa Valley, situated at the foot of the Eden Valley in South Australia.
Fully mature and drinking beautifully. This is textbook in the best of ways. Intense honey, preserved lemon, orange blossom and cardamom characters come with a waxy, textural sheen and keen, mouthwatering acidity. It's rich, it's refreshing, it's complex and it's well sustained – not to mention that it's just plain delicious.
