Deep crimson with aromas of ferrous-edged Doris plum, black cherry and blackberry fruits and hints of baking spice, licorice, dark chocolate, olive tapenade, vanillin oak, roasting meats, banksia, dried honey and earth. Full bodied with excellent fruit purity, tight, powdery tannins and some fine acidity framing the fruit as it fades away.
