A touch of Mourvèdre and co-fermented Riesling beautifully elevate the aromatics, adding a distinctive lift. This beloved blend, first conceived in 2002 from their "Young Vine" block planted in 1999, has remained a consistent favourite, its proportions evolving slightly with each vintage. After 18 months of maturation in seasoned French oak barriques (3-8 years old).
