Pepperjack was first released in 1998 and are predominately grown and made in the Barossa, a wine region notorious for world-class Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. 

Pepperjack wines are a tribute to the Barossa's rich heritage. Using traditional winemaking techniques -with an eye to modern wine styles. Sourced from select parcels, this Sparkling Shiraz is full of rich, juicy black fruits with hints of sweet spice.

The bold & concentrated fruit flavours of this Pepperjack Sparkling Shiraz make it the perfect partner for special occasions. A modern take on an Australian classic. Bright, crimson red. The nose shows lifted red berry fruits, raspberry and red liquorice, spiced cloves and fresh, dark cherries. The palate is plush and round, with layers of bright red and blue fruits reminiscent of blueberries and dark cherries. Delicious as an aperitif with steak tartare or cold cured meats.
