The No Evil wines are well packaged, well made and all sourced from vineyards across South Australia. 

Partially hand harvested before de-stemming primarily in closed fermenters with pump overs twice daily. Pressed and matured in French oak for six months before bottling with minimal fining, filtration and sulphur addition.

Dark plum and spice aromatics, complimented by plush cherry and raspberry fruit. The oak is subtle and plays a supportive role with hints of chocolate and spice. A lovely fruit forward style of Shiraz.
