Perched high in the hills of Chianti Classico, Lamole di Lamole is one of Tuscany’s most iconic estates, celebrated for producing wines of rare elegance and authenticity. The terraced vineyards, sitting at 450–650 metres above sea level, benefit from exceptional exposures and ancient, stony soils that give Lamole its unmistakable finesse. The winery has long been recognised for championing native Sangiovese and Canaiolo, earning consistent acclaim from Italy’s top wine guides and international critics. With a focus on organic farming, traditional winemaking and respect for the unique mountain terroir, Lamole di Lamole has become a reference point for the purest expression of Chianti Classico.

It is the typical altitude and soil that inspired the name of Duelame Chianti Classico D.O.C.G.. It is produced from vineyards planted with indigenous grapes lying at the estate’s two extremes of altitude, the lower at 420 meters and the higher one at 655, lying on lame (literally, “blades”) of land, those stratified terraces rich in mineral substances to which Lamole owes its name and which make the landscape of Chianti Classico unique. The wine we obtain is intense and spontaneously heroic in taste.
