Dave Fletcher is a very talented young winemaker with an extreme passion for Nebbiolo. He is sourcing fruit from carefully selected Vineyards both here and in Northern Italy with the sole intention of producing his own style of single Vineyard Nebbiolo. Dave respects the tradition of the variety but prefers to make his wines in a modern style with balance and fruit purity very high on his agenda. The Fletcher wines are an incredible study in the enigma that is the Nebbiolo grape. As Dave has spent more time in the vineyards of Piedmont his list of wines has grown too.

Lashings of dark fruit, aromatic notes of tobacco and the all important hit of tar. The tannins here are lighter than you'd normally find from Nebbiolo which makes it effortless drinkable.
