Champagne de Saint-Gall is the creation of the Cooperative Union Champagne, founded in 1966, which consists of growers who only hold Premier & Grand Cru Vineyards. They are the largest vineyard owners in Cote des Blancs.

70% Chardonnay 30% Pinot Noir. De Saint-Gall is a Champagne House founded in 1966 by a set of Grand Cru and Premier Cru Champagne growers. With 650ha, they are the largest owner of Chardonnay vineyards in the prestigious Côte Des Blancs but they also own 400ha of Pinot Noir in the exceptional terroirs of Montagne De Reims. The De Saint Gall signature therefore quite naturally evokes the pure and elegant style of superior vineyards.
