Light to medium straw colour, slight golden tint; the bouquet is rich and mellow, showing cork-aged development, with roast hazelnut and nougat touches. Lovely creamy texture and balanced to dryness, the finish long and harmonious. A very delicious and more-ish dry style of champagne. Superb drinking.
