Fruit for the Sparkling Shiraz is sourced predominantly from premium grape growing regions in South Austraila; namely McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek.
Chooks are curious creatures – skittish but undeniably likeable. This old(ish) bird has been produced since 2005 using a blend of three-to-five year-old shiraz batches.
