Ben Potts is the sixth generation to be involved in grape growing and winemaking in Langhorne Creek, the first being Frank Potts, founder of Bleasdale Vineyards. Ben completed the oenology degree at CSU, and ventured into winemaking on a commercial scale in 2002 (aged 25). Fiddle's Block Shiraz is named after great-grandfather Fiddle.
