Tread Softly is a contemporary range of wines seeking to deliver delicious, intensely flavoured wines that are naturally medium weighted and moderate in alcohol. By using more sustainable vineyard management and wine-making techniques to ensure their production has had a minimal impact to the environment. 

Fruit for the Tread Softly premium range was Sourced from established vineyards of the Coldstream sub region of the Yarra Valley.

Premium quality Pinot Gris from a single vineyard in Coldstream, 20% of which was wild fermented in old oak, another 20% was cold fermented in tank. It was stirred on its lees monthly prior to bottling to ensure texture.

This is beautifully styled and elegantly composed with ripe pear, fig, apricot and citrus peel aromas on the nose. The palate is equally appealing, displaying lovely focus and flow.
