In 1994, when Peter and Terri Robson purchased a property on Griffin Road in Orange, the Ross Hill Wines story began.

The 2023 Pinnacle Chardonnay was sourced from high altitude vineyards in the Orange Region. 

Matured in French oak puncheons and hogsheads (35% new). 50% underwent mlf. Nine months' lees stirring. Some attractive honeysuckle, pomelo and golden apple skin. The sunny fruit leads to a wave of energetic acidity and a creamy cashew butter. There are deliberate tweaks that make this wine the complete whole package, whilst still feeling quite natural and giving. It's hard to imagine anyone not enjoying this wine.
