The grapes were harvested, gently pressed and the free run juice was cool fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected aromatic yeast. The wine was blended to produce a finished wine with a broad range of fruit characters, leaning towards a crisp, herbaceous style. Floral scents are the pathway to an intense, effusive mouthful. The fruit is expressive - fresh apples, passionfruit and honeydew melon come to mind, supported by a well defined line of acidity.
