Medhurst Wines is the realisation of the long held and shared vision of Ross and Robyn Wilson to make wines of provenance from their Yarra Valley property. The Medhurst Vineyard was particularly chosen for its favourable micro-climate, north facing slopes, good drainage and magnificent aspect. Each Medhurst wine reflects the site and variety from which it is made and the season in which it is grown.  

Hand picked from a single block, whole-bunch pressed to puncheons, hogsheads and barriques (33% new). No mlf. Bright green gold. Hot off the heels of winning Best Chardonnay, Best White Wine and Champion Wine (for the 2021 vintage) at the 2022 Yarra Valley Wine Show comes another impeccable Medhurst chardonnay. This is singing with aromas of perfectly ripened white nectarine, peach, pink grapefruit and a little lightly grilled cashew. Equally pure fruited on the gently textured palate, which also has a fine vein of acidity coursing through. A truly lovely wine.
