Traditionally, the world’s most famous wine-growing regions are located between the 30th and 50th parallels of the Earth’s equator. Within this esteemed latitude band lies the Hunter Valley, positioned at the 32nd parallel, where our name originates. Latitude 32 draws inspiration from the rich heritage of Australia’s first wine-growing region. 

The analysis of 9.2g/L of TA and pH of 2.88 tells all for a Semillon with a near-endless future and demands a decade at the least, giving it time for flesh to form around the acid framework.
