Windy Peak wines are made at De Bortoli's Dixon's Creek winery from carefully selected fruit grown in the Yarra Valley, King Valley and other regions. The wines are generous in flavour with fine grained texture, perfect for bringing out the best in food.

Grapes are destemmed and crushed into a variety of fermenters. Each parcel is treated separately and fermented for up to two weeks on skins prior to pressing and racking. Approximately half of the blend is matured for 5 months in French oak casks, with the remainder staying in tank for freshness and brightness. Deep red hue with purple edges, aromas of violets, spice and red fruits. Plump ripe flavours dark fruits, olive spice, wild herbs, gentle finish, plump and very delicious.
