Approximately 50% whole bunches and 3–4 days' pre-ferment cold soak. Matured in 1–3yo French puncheons and barriques for 7 months. A medium, very bright crimson. Fragrant, with lifted, freshly picked red cherries, raspberries, some floral notes and and a little cinnamon and nutmeg spice. Medium bodied, this is very composed and I really like the balance between the fruit, the use of whole bunches, oak and tannins, which are superfine and long. Lovely wine.
