First established by William Chambers in 1858, the Chambers family has been making wine at Rosewood for over six generations.

While the legendary Bill Chambers is often to be found at the cellar door over the weekends, it is his son Stephen, who heads up the winemaking team after taking up the operation in 2001.

Raisin and rose petal aromas lead into a luscious palate that beautifully reflects the fruit characters on the nose, complemented by subtle nuances from extended wood maturation. Rich and beautifully balanced, this wine displays impressive depth of flavour and complexity. Fresh and vibrant, it reveals layers of rose petals, fruit cake and succulent raisins, while retaining  lively youthful fruit characters that bring brightness and freshness to the finish. A perfect accompaniment to cheese platters and chocolate-based desserts, or simply enjoyed on  its own.
