Castle Rock Estate is nestled on the eastern slopes of the Porongurup mountain range and is named after a prominent nearby landmark. The vineyard has a cool and elevated northerly aspect, resulting in intensely flavoured wines.
Skywalk is named after the lookout which is affixed to the side of Castle Rock itself, providing great views of the surrounding area. A lifted and attractive bouquet showing floral notes of orange blossom and lavender. There are subtle hints of musk stick and passionfruit adding to the complexity and interest of the bouquet. A full and flavoursome style Riesling with a rich and balanced palate. The front palate is filled with the floral characters and also the musk stick notes. There is a citrus element which runs the length of the palate and provides a tight mineral structure and a long crisp and clean finish.
