Carrick is a small single-estate vineyard is located in Bannockburn, a sub-region of Central Otago’s Cromwell Basin, which stretches along the southern side of the Kawarau River.

Pale straw with aromas of ripe white peach, Meyer lemon, grapefruit and spiced apples. Hints of almond paste, wildflowers, grapefruit pith, nougat, oak spice and stone. There is a really compelling sense of compression in this wine plenty of minerally drive too with daubs of oatmeal and the faintest tendril of struck flint as the wine slowly retreats. Great stuff.
