Carrick is a small single-estate vineyard is located in Bannockburn, a sub-region of Central Otago’s Cromwell Basin, which stretches along the southern side of the Kawarau River.

Bannockburn-sourced chardonnay from four different clones (548, 95, Mendoza and Clone 6); matured in French oak, 15% new, for 11 months. Tight citrus and stone fruit with a mineral vibe right from the start. White flowers, crème fraîche, almond paste and ozone, too. Taut and packed with minerals, it's a focused style with dialled-in precision and drive to burn.
