Bream Creek is a 100% Tasmanian label producing small parcels of distinctively cool climate, elegant ultra premium wine across a range of varietals and styles. Overlooking Marion Bay and Maria Island in South Eastern Tasmania, Bream Creek is one of the first commercial vineyards planted in Tasmania which produces some of the finest boutique wines.

This is a complex and powerful wine, befitting of its Reserve status. It is selected from a rigorous barrel selection process, and less than 10% of the total Pinot Noir production is considered to be of such quality as to qualify.  Deep and complex aromas of dark cherries, spice and violets guide you to a palate showing intense cherry and berry fruits flavours and bright acidity. With excellent length and balance and tannin structure, this limited release wine can be enjoyed now, yet will also reward careful cellaring.

Bright ruby with lovely aromas of dark cherry conserve, wild strawberry and raspberry, hints of exotic spice, charcuterie, mushroom broth, pomegranate, amaro, dried citrus rind, blossom and nicely judged oak. There's a subtle gamey nuance on the palate that suffuses through the ripe fruit, adding another layer of complexity. Fine, silty tannins and a swoosh of sour cherry acidity at the back end. Medium to full bright ruby red hue. Heady aromas of black cherry, raspberry, cola and vanilla. On the palate it is ripe and plush without being overbearing. The black fruit is wonderfully integrated with anise, cinnamon and vanilla spice and, as it lingers, a smoky note comes through adding a savoury element to the flow. Wonderful length and poise, seamless from entry to the almost never-ending completion. Time will see more complexity build but it would be hard not to drink it right now.
