The winegrowing farm Piero Benevelli, situated in Monforte d’Alba in the heart of the Barolo Langa, is composed by around 8 hectares of vineyards, from which approximately 40.000 bottles of wine are produced. This quantity allows us to maintain a family management of the Company, from the work in the estates to the winery. The estate is a committed to preserve the traditions and not abandon the teachings of those who came before them, at the same time supplement this knowledge with the use of modern technologies.

This Langhe Nebbiolo offers a fragrant and perfumed expression of Nebbiolo from Monforte. For Langhe Nebbiolo this is seriously structured with complexity that is not normally seen at this price point. 

As with most 2024 wines, a certain spice and strawberry richness, a mulchy autumnal thing here too, and peppery bite. It’s medium-bodied, raspberry and strawberry, some jellied sweetness in the mix, with a light grainy grip on a finish of good length. Spicy. Fun. Easy to like.
