Our Shiraz is a cool climate style with softness on the front of the palate and good length to the back. Aged in oak for 9 months our Shiraz is able to develop a richness and bold flavour unique to a cool climate region. The 26 year old vines grow in gravelly soils over mudstone. Our vineyard has a south-east aspect with rows running north-south in the Bobinawarrah Hills. The canopy is managed on the western side to protect the fruit from direct sunlight and ensure even ripening.
