Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and citrus dominate the nose with some orange rind and chalky mineral notes also evident. Zingy lime and citrus fruits are melded to orange rind and flinty mineral characters. Finishes dry with steely acidity and a taut, energetic aftertaste.
