The Reschke history and its close relationship with Coonawarra began in 1906 with the establishment of a prime Hereford stud in the heart of the region. It is this cattle grazing heritage that is reflected in the Reschke bull logo, and the names of the premium Reschke wines.
This Rosé displays the perfumed cool climate characters of rose petal, strawberry, satsuma plum and crisp cherry. The rosé is fresh and lively on the palate matching the vibrancy of the aromatics and finishing with lingering fresh firm berry fruits.
Fresh and lively, opening with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and red cherry accented by floral notes and a touch of citrus blossom. The palate is light and refreshing with juicy berry flavours balanced by crisp acidity and a clean mineral line. Hints of watermelon and pink grapefruit carry through to a dry, lingering finish that remains bright and beautifully composed. Rating: 95 Points; Vino Masters
It's delightfully fragrant on the nose with aromas of sweet strawberry, Gala apple, fig, and florals. The palate displays bright fruit intensity, a fine texture, and zesty acidity, making it mouthwatering and lingering. At its best: now to 2029. Rating: 93 Points; Sam Kim; Wine Orbit
The fruit for this delicious Rose comes from a single vineyard in Padthaway, growing Shiraz. Fermentation was in stainless steel and bottling followed to ensure a fresh and vibrant style.A Rose a that exhibits just the very palest touch of pink. A gentle and rather delicate style, there is vibrancy and freshness throughout. On the nose we have a touch of strawberries with hints of florals, red fruits and herbs. Neatly balanced throughout with juicy acidity, this is most attractive. An excellent Rose for enjoying over the next three to four years.
