Attento is Italian for 'Careful' and the Attento Pinot Grigio is a premium product that has been made with careful and meticulous winemaking, using whole bunch pressed grapes, which are wild fermented and barrel aged. With a natural acidity and long length through the palate, the Attento has aromas of white petaled flowers and brioche, with a savoury palate and crisp finish. Can be aged for up to ten years. Pair with light seafood and fish dishes, creamy sauces, light salads, fresh vegetables as well as sushi and sashimi.
