Patrick Lesec founded his negociant company in 1993. Their first vintage was released two years later in 1995. Patrick Lesec has long term contracts to purchase grapes and wine from various producers and growers with vines in some of the best terroir in the Chateauneuf du Pape appellation.

Les Galets Blonds is made using 93% old vine Grenache and 7% Syrah. The vines are old, averaging 75 years of age. The grapes are completely destemmed. The wine is aged in tanks and foudres for 12 to 14 months.
