Grand Cru Les Clos is the most renowned of the 7 Chablis Grands Crus. It produces straight but yet generous and powerful wines. Its bouquet is mineral, which gives to the wine lot of elegance while the mouth expresses delicate notes of almond and pear. The finish is full and long-lasting.

The 2019 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru has a clean, precise, more floral bouquet than the Valmur; white flower petal scents infuse the citrus fruit, along with a hint of egg whites. The palate is well balanced, taut and linear, with great poise and nervosité, leading to an intense and very persistent finish. This will vie with the Valmur as best Grand Cru. A champion of the celebrated Les Clos, this powerful, soul-reaching wine highlights the finesse of grand cru Chablis even in the hottest of vintages. Indisputably massive, unctuous even, it pulsates with yellow-cherry and peach flavors yet remains anchored in steel and breathtaking tension.
