Tim Freeland and Domenic Torzi sourced this prized Merlot planting from the Angaston region in the Barossa Valley. Coupled with their non-interventional approach to winemaking, Longhop wines are rich, generous and full of flavour. Plenty of herby aromatics lead a vibrant palate of dark fruit flavour, with black cherry, dark chocolate and cola filling the core.
