Sourced from a low yielding single vineyard in the central north-west region of the Barossa Valley, where warm dry conditions and rich red soil provide the backbone to some of the region’s best-known wines. The Colonel Shiraz displays notes of black fruits, olive and restrained oak. With a fine tannin structure ensuring the palate has great depth, this is a classic Barossa Shiraz.

Opulent, powerful concentrated; this is Barossa with polish. Sourced from low yielding shiraz vines with the fruit treated with kid gloves from the start. Hand picking, whole bunch fermentation, hand lunging and direct pressing to American and French oak. It works wonders. Ripe black fruits on the nose showing black olive and blackberry.
