The estate dates back to the early 19th century and is situated near Bue, Cher. For generations the domaine was in operation but is now run by the Cirotte’s, in the very capable hands of Joel and Sylvie who are now teaching their children, Fabien and Marie, the art of wine making. With the total land under vine currently at 10 hectares: 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Pinot Noir, the vines aged between 55-70 years old, they cover the medium-to-high parts of the rolling hills, producing wines with consistent focus and appeal.

Fabien Cirotte has in recent years taken over the winemaking and management of this small Domaine from his parents Joël and Sylvie. Located in Bué, it has been in the Cirotte family since 1932, and includes the famed lieu-dit of Caillottes. Full of yellow and white fruits, citrus, mixing mainly floral flavours.
