Andre Clouet produce an exceptional range of grower champagnes that are rich, concentrated expressions of pinot noir that manage to retain elegance and finesse. A wine making family of more than 2 centuries, the founder acted as a printer in Louis XV court of Versailles and the wines are cellared under the family’s 17th century village house. The style of the labels reflect this heritage.

Rosé n°5 is a tribute to the '70s, A singular expression of Pinot Noir de Bouzy with its delicate hue of subtly intense light pink colour. The nose is expressive and charming, revealing floral aromas mingled with a palette of candied red fruits and English sweets, enhanced by a saline, almost iodized touch, which is the hallmark of the house’s mineral freshness. On the palate, the attack is lively and invigorating. Red berries – strawberry, cherry, raspberry – explode with greed, while Pinot Noir spices add structure and complexity.
