Alain Geoffroy, located in The village of Beine, developed the vineyards over the villages of Beine and La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, in the heart of the Chablis vineyards, around 1850. Alain Geoffroy expanded the property and took it to the level of an Estate. A worthy heir to previous generations, he commited to keeping the traditional family character. Today they have 50 hectares of vineyards throughout the Chablis region, including several parcels of 1er Cru vines. The wines of Alain Geoffroy are immediately recognisable by their finesse, their minerality and their long and detailed finish.
This presents a bright, pale yellow hue. On the nose, it offers fresh aromas of green apple, pear, and subtle citrus notes, complemented by hints of flint and white flowers. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a vibrant acidity that balances flavors of ripe stone fruit and a touch of minerality. The finish is clean and lingering.
