In the heart of Provence, the Faulkner family nurtures their vines on hills that benefit from a unique microclimate and favour hand-picking, optimal expression of the “terroir” and environmentally sustainable farming. Dry and fruity, this rosé will seduce you with its tender, elegant and fresh spirit. Pale litchi colored rose with peach reflects. The nose is refined and complex, with aromas of grapefruits, wild strawberries, mango and melon. The palate is round, generous and fruity (white peach and melon). A suave and fruity wine with a long finish.
67% Grenache, 33% Syrah - Nicely floral and fairly intense with raspberry, citron and melon notes bringing up the rear. Really floral actually. A very elegant feel, flannelly with integrated acidity and nice round fruit. There’s a nice mineral tone that drives the finish and a fairly long, lingering raspberry and lightly spice driven finish. Almost simple though if you pay attention there is a lot going on here both texturally and with the flavor profile. Gregory Dal Piaz
Palest pink gold. Excellent floral and red fruit concentration on the nose, with loads of concentration and weight on the palate, finished with a lovely leafy tone. This is excellent – really crams the fruit in without losing freshness, and has alluringly smooth texture. Superb! Comparable to the likes of Esclans – and potentially age-able for the short term too? Richard Hemming; Jancis
