Medium-light, bright yellow hue with a complex bouquet driven by smoky reductive nuances that suggest smoked chicken and chicken stock, the palate likewise meaty and savoury, soft and silky textured with a dry finish and appealingly balanced and textured aftertaste. Excellent wine but the level of reduction will potentially polarise people.
