The property was purchased from Goundrey in 2009. This state-of-the-art winery is a world class facility, importantly located in Mount Barker, the premier fruit source location for West Cape Howe.
Pale straw with a vibrant green hue. Notes of kaffir lime, spice and citrus are prevalent with an underlying presence of honeysuckle blossom and talc. The palate opens with lime, citrus and hints of spice. The primary fruit characters are subtle, the palate fine and pure with lingering fresh acidity.
