Vibrant pale straw with green highlights. The nose shows perfumed floral notes along with fresh cut white peach and kaffir lime leaf. The palate follows through with juicy citrus flavours and light spice, along with a long balanced acidity and a fine minerality on the finish.
Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has intense and penetrating flavours of limes and lemons and white florals. The fruit has richness and lusciousness, balanced by fine acid cut, and the wine flows with excellent energy along a zesty, refreshing line with very fine textures, leading to a long, lingering finish. This is a beautifully penetrating and intense dry Riesling with luscious lime and lemon flavours with white florals and minerals on a mouth-watering palate. Rating: 18.5/20 Points; Raymond Chan
