Take it to the Grave is a joint venture between Nicholas Crampton and South Australian wine grower Jim Zerella created to deliver interesting and rewarding wines whilst challenging a few established rules and preconceptions.
Everything we love about Clare Valley Riesling on display here. Lifted nose of lemon and lime citrus, hints of apple blossom and subtle clove spice with bone dry acidity. A deliciously structured wine in its youth but will also reward with careful cellaring.
