Few wine regions in France can match Chablis for its combination of sheer natural beauty, fine châteaux and pristine wines of terroir. It is here that Chardonnay reaches its apogee in the appellations of Chablis. This collection features 3 bottles each from 4 renowned Chablis producers.

The StarDozen consists of the following:

3 bottles      des Hates Chablis AC 2015
3 bottles      Etienne Boileau Chablis Montmains 1er Cru 2016

des Hates Chablis AC 2015
The 2015 Chablis Villages, matured for 14 months in stainless steel, has a detailed, wet-stone bouquet that unfolds nicely in the glass. The palate is well balanced, with crisp acidity, fine tension and admirable sappiness that keeps the taste buds salivating. I like the uncompromising nature of this Chablis village. This really is quite superb for a village cru. Drink 2017-2025. Rating: 90 Points, Neal Martin; Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate

Etienne Boileau Chablis Montmains 1er Cru 2016
Light to mid-yellow colour, youthful for its years, the aroma restrained, mineral and slightly stony and earthy. Tight, reserved, restrained palate with good intensity and refinement, precise lemon and citrus flavours with room to grow in future. Alcohol: 13%; Price: $63.00; Drink: 2019 - 2024; Closure: Screwcap; Rated: 92 Points; Huon Hooke; Real Review

Seguinot-Bordet Petit Chablis 2017
Clean, crisp, flavoursome, and lovely to chuff down. Well, that's pretty much what I want in a Petit Chablis, and this delivers. Aside that, a bit of brine and fresh cut fennel, citrus and green apple, requisite flinty feels, and a finish that's not wanting. Yum. Can be served with a high chill, or not. Alcohol: 12.5%; Price: $40.00; Drink: 2018 - 2023+; Closure: Screwcap; Rated: 91 Points; Gary Walsh; The Wine Front

Louis Jadot Petit Chablis 2018
Wafting from the glass with aromas of citrus oil, dried white flowers and crushed chalk, the 2018 Petit Chablis is medium to full-bodied, fleshy but incisive, with an expressive core of fruit, racy acids and a nicely defined finish. This is a fine effort and keenly priced too. Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate
