Sons of Eden have a simple philosophy to produce wines with flavour and personality from vineyards of unique character within the world class Barossa region.  Specialising in varieties such as Shiraz, Grenache, Mourvedre and Riesling. Sons of Eden takes its name from the two partners, winemakers Corey Ryan and Simon Cowham, who both learnt and refined their trades in the vineyards and cellars of Eden Valley.

Aromatically lifted floral notes of Jasmine flower are followed by fresh lime and lemon blossom intensity. On the palate the citrus characters of lemon and lime create a core of intense flavour supported by an enduring mineral line. Further notes of freshly cut green apple indicate a pure expression of Riesling, and one that showcases the flavour typical of Eden Valley. It was our intention to craft the finest example of an Eden Valley Riesling. Corey Ryan & Simon Cowham

Lime, white flower perfume, a dusting of pepper and spice, green apple. It’s quite tight, but has an approachable nature, lime zest and green apple, stony and lightly chalky, frisky but flavoursome, with preserved lemon and pith running on a long finish. Delicious wine. Has grip and energy, and a subtle come-hither personality. Tasted: Dec 2020; Alcohol: 12.5%; Price: $25; Closure: Screwcap; Drink: 2020-2027+; Rated: 94 Points; Gary Walsh; The Wine Front

A very finely detailed nose with lemon, lime, light pepper, crushed stones, apple blossom, flint and chalk. The palate has a superb delivery of super long, elegant yet powerful lemon, apple and grapefruit flavors. Fresh and focused finish. Concentrated. Drink or hold. Screw cap. Rating: 96 Points; No. 9 Top 100 Value Wines of 2020; Nick Stock for James Suckling
