This is a gorgeous Rosé offering loads of attractive flavours; lifted aromas of watermelon, rockmelon, cranberry and floral on the nose. The palate is succulent, silky and mouthfilling, while remaining vibrant and charming. Instantly appealing and highly enjoyable. At its best: now to 2020; Rating: 93 Points; Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
Bright, even, strawberry-pink colour with slight peach hues and some depth, pale on the edge. The nose is elegantly concentrated with a firm and intense heart with good intensity and penetration of strawberry and watermelon fruit along with red floral nuances, and refreshing, steely mineral elements. Dry to taste, and medium-bodied, the palate has subtly rich and succulent flavours of strawberry fruit with some watermelon and delicate red floral notes, unfolding some confectionary elements. The fruit forms a rich and vibrant core, enlivened by crisp, lacy acidity, and the wine flows along a fine-textured line leading to an elegant, lingering finish. This is a gently rich and succulent-fruited dry rosé with vibrant strawberry, watermelon and confectionary flavours on a fine-textured, refreshing palate. 100% Pinot Noir from the Southern Valleys.
