Deep garnet in appearance with a bright hue, the bouquet is ripe and perfumed with an array of scents ranging from dark cherries and plums to spice.

85/15% whole berries/bunches; 12-day cold soak, wild ferment; matured 12 months in new and used French oak. Bright colour sets the tone for a deliciously scented bouquet of cherry blossom, wafts of red berry fruits and gentle but persistent spices. The palate is lively and juicy, the aftertaste fresh.
