100% MV6. The only difference in the vinification of this wine from its line-priced siblings is the use of 25% whole bunches (not 10%), and boy, does it show. When well executed, whole bunch introduces a savoury element with its own drive, making the fruits seem darker. It's a combination I appreciate above all others. Drink to: 2041; Price: $50.00; Date Tasted: Jan 2019; Alcohol: 13.5%; Rating: 97 Points & Special Value Star; James Halliday Wine Companion
