Established in 2013, Santa & D’Sas is a boutique winery collaboration between the Santarossa and Di Sciascio families.

This is like a version of a Reserve prosecco with the grape's nicely struck lemon citrus, apple and pear fruits and, importantly, supple, enduring textural appeal. Plenty of prosecco crunch, too, but the big difference is its ability to be enjoyed with our without food. Highly versatile.
